Quality shall be controlled by establishing and maintaining working methods, procedures and lines of responsibility for each area of the company’s core business.
This control starts with the initial customer contact and continues throughout all aspects of the company’s administration, internal functions and external Field Service operations.
The Directors have the ultimate authority for matters relating to quality within the company. This policy will be supervised, co-ordinated and implemented by Senior Management within each area of their responsibility.
